UWA gets quantum computing access through Quantinuum deal
University of Western Australia will access Quantinuum's full quantum computing system for research and development.
Students and researchers at the University of Western Australia can now use a quantum computing system. It comes from a partnership with US company Quantinuum.
The partnership will focus on quantum work in critical minerals, energy, agriculture and healthcare. Quantinuum experts will work with UWA researchers and industry partners.
Together they will build and test real-world uses. The goal is to build quantum solutions for industries important to Australia's economy.
